Petersen, J. Viallon, P. Moussay, R.I. Wielgosz Title: Relative measurements of ozone absorption cross-sections at three wavelengths in the Hartley band using a well-defined UV laser beam Journal/Source: J. Geophys. Res., 117, D05301, (2012); doi:10.1029/2011JD016374 Data: table Energy/Wavelength range: 244.06 nm, 248.32 nm and 257.34 nm Resolution: Temperature: Temperature dependence: Pressure/Concentration: Phase: gas pH: Comments: Reported measurement results and uncertainties are dependent on the value of the cross-section used at 253.65 nm. Using the value determined by Hearn (1961), ozone absorption cross-section values of 9.64 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1, 10.61 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1, and 11.26 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1 are reported at wavelengths of 244.06 nm, 248.32 nm and 257.34 nm respectively; whereas, use of the Malicet (1993) value leads to ozone absorption cross-section values of 9.50 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1, 10.45 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1, and 11.12 x 10-18 cm2 molecule-1 respectively.
