Wine Title: Chemical Kinetics and Photochemical Data for Use in Atmospheric Studies Journal/Source: JPL Publication 15-10, Evaluation No. 18, 4-206, (2015) Data: table, diagram Energy/Wavelength range: 200 - 530 nm Resolution: Temperature: 200 - 250 K Temperature dependence: Pressure/Concentration: Phase: gas pH: Comments: The gas-phase UV absorption spectrum of ClOOCl is continuous with a maximum near 245 nm, a minimum near 218 nm, and a weak diffuse shoulder in the wavelength region 280-300 nm. The recommended ClOOCl absorption cross sections are based on the measurements of Papanastasiou et al. (which were corrected on the basis of the isosbestic analysis), Wilmouth et al. (which were corrected on the basis of in situ monitoring of Cl2), and Chen et al., Lien et al., and Jin et al. (which are not susceptible to interfering species), and Young et al. (which were normalized to the 245 nm value of Papanastasiou et al. (for details see paper). Author to whom correspondence should be addressed: (e-mail address):
