Comments: The photolysis at 254 nm of liquid allyl chloride at 27° C and of solid allyl chloride at 77°K has been
studied by microphotochemistry. By the use of aqueous acetone as an actinometer, quantum yields for 18 products
containing six or fewer carbon atoms were determined.
