The spectrum of HCN between 62 and 148 nm appears in Fig. 2. An ionization continuum is shown containing a weak vibrational structure that continues to the first adiabatic ionization potential at 89.1 nm. A complex set of Rydberg series, starting at about 122 nm, appears to converge to the first ionization potential.
