Comments: The quantum yield for OH was observed to be near unity at 248 and 222 nm, and 0.33 +/- 0.06 for 193 nm. 
The quantum yield for O atoms was observed to be 0.031 +/- 0.010, 0.20 +/- 0.03, and 0.81 +/- 0.13, at 248, 222, and 193 nm.
