Comments: The UV absorption cross sections of acetone, 2-butanone, 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, and 
5-methyl-2-hexanone are reported. The absorption spectra were measured by using a diode array spectrometer over the wavelength 
range 240-350 nm at room temperature (298±2) K.
