At 248 nm the apparent quantum yield PHI(eff) decreased from unity to 0.73 ± 0.07 in the presence of 9 Torr H2O, and at 308 nm PHI(eff) was reduced from 0.28 ± 0.07 to 0.06 ± 0.04.
