Comments: The VUV spectrum of CH3CH2CN was found to have strong absorption between 110 and 145 nm and another absorption band with a peak centered 
at 159 nm was observed in the region 145–180 nm. No significant changes in the absorption spectra were observed in spectra recorded up to 130 K
