Comments: The u.v. spectrum of PBr3 in cyclohexane shows a strong absorption at 222 nm with shoulders at approximately 250 nm 
and 275 nm. The molar extinction coefficient was measured at the peak maximum and at the irradiating wavelength of 254 nm.
